Our Rite of Acolyte took place on September 21, 2002 at the Mary and Joseph Retreat Center chapel, Palos Verdes. Bishop Gabino Zavala , Auxiliary Bishop from the San Gabriel pastoral region, officiated.

The candidates for Acolyte line up to process into the chapel	Interior of the Chapel at the conclusion of the Rite and Mass.	Our "new" bishop, Mario Martha, holds the crosier.
	Bishop Gabino Zavala presided at the Rite of Acolyte.
