INTRODUCTION
St. Timothy's Church is unusually rich in its altars and decorative features. Apart from the function of art in beautifying a house of God, art is fundamental to the human condition. As Maritain the philosopher declared, "Art helps lead men to contemplation and thus to spiritual joys surpassing all others. Religious art is theology presented graphically."
