Facility Calendars
Calendars are posted for events scheduled in the Church, Chapter Room, Parish Hall and the Rectory. Requests to use St. Timothy Church facilities must be made through the Rectory (310-474-1216) and are subject to approval of the pastor.
Download a Facility and Event Reservation Request. You may email the form to info@StTimothyLA.org, fax it to the Rectory at 310-475-6047, or mail it to the Rectory at 10425 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064.
No events are considered official until they are reflected in these facility calendars. Please make sure that separately published calendars (e.g. parish organization calendars, school calendars, etc.) are first reflected on the appropriate facility calendar before they are distributed.
Standing events (e.g. hospitality rotations, certain parish organization meetings, etc.) are listed below each facility. It is incumbent upon organizations wishing to schedule events that conflict with these standing events to negotiate directly with the sponsoring organziation prior to submitting a schedule request. Conflicting events will not be approved without the reasonable consent of the organization being displaced.
